For the health and safety of our customers, all mouthpiece sales are final. Due to direct contact with saliva and the risk of biological contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on mouthpieces under any circumstances once the packaging has been opened.
Finish and Maintenance
TDLA mouthpieces are finished with premium plating. Natural tarnishing or wear over time is normal and is not covered under warranty. We recommend cleaning with mild soap and a soft cloth to maintain the integrity of the finish.
Fitment & Compatibility
It is the player’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct shank size for their specific instrument. While our mouthpieces are designed to fit standard professional receivers, minor adjustments to your instrument’s leadpipe may be necessary for an airtight fit.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your mouthpiece immediately upon arrival. Any claims for damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement.
