Due to health and sanitary regulations, TDLA Instruments does not accept returns or exchanges once an instrument has been played. Because these instruments come into direct contact with saliva, all sales are final to ensure the safety and hygiene of our artist community.

Every TDLA Instrument is assembled and finished by hand. Minor variations in finish, engraving, or cosmetic details are a hallmark of the unique, handmade process and are not considered defects.
3-Year Artist-Grade Warranty
Covers manufacturing and structural defects under normal professional use. This does not cover accidental damage, finish wear and tear, or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
